Biological samples usually face inconsistencies and delays in transportation compromising the integrity of samples. With our time bound and temperature sensitive delivery network in compliance with all transport regulations, we ensure that your samples reach the destination maintaining the product quality.
We are already Logistic partners for GUaRDIAN project by Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR)- a premier national R&D organization for more than a year now. We are currently associated with scientists, researchers and doctors for their logistic needs.
The samples are packed in our in-house manufactured “BIOBOX” which ensures that there is no loss of sample during transportation. We have different logistic network for normal and temperature sensitive samples making sure your samples reach “SAFE & SOUND” to the destination.

OUR PROCESS:
PICKUP: Pickup request can be raised using our order forms available on our website page. A token number will be assigned to the user and a person will pickup the shipment on scheduled date and time.
CLASSIFICATION: We request our Clients to mention details regarding the shipment on the order request form such as if consent form/ Invoice/ MSDS/ or any other document is required during the transit (which has to be provided by the client itself). These documents are required during the transport of material across the state/ country in compliance with transport regulations.
NOTE# Temperature if at all are to be monitored has to be mentioned on the form.
TRANSPORT: If your sample is time and temperature sensitive, we request you to book your shipment in Time defined delivery mode. In some states of India, time defined delivery ensures the arrival of shipment within 24-48 hours of pickup from the origin.
NOTE# Keep the AWB number mentioned on the receipt for tracking the shipment.
